Plans, the trial, and getting into your account

The four things that catch people out in the first two weeks, in the order they usually happen.

What happens when the trial ends

Your trial runs for 14 days, and a banner at the top of the screen counts it down on a computer and on a phone.

When it expires and you have not chosen a plan, your account goes read-only. This is the single most confusing moment in the product, because the app does not lock you out or show a wall. Everything still loads, every page still looks normal, and then every attempt to save anything fails with

Account is read-only (trial expired). Please upgrade to continue.

You can read your data. You cannot add a booking, confirm one, create a task, or change a setting until you pick a plan.

Two things are also taken back at that moment unless you go to the Business plan:

  • The AI add-ons. The assistant, the booking bot and the co-pilot are lent to you during the trial and need Business afterwards. If your bot has been answering customers, it stops.
  • The trips vertical, if you chose it. It also needs Business.

Neither is deleted. They come back when you are on a plan that includes them.

The plans

Settings → Plan & billing.

PlanFromPractical limit
Start฿99/monthUp to 15 vehicles
Pro฿590/monthUp to 50 vehicles
Business฿1,990/monthNo vehicle cap, and the only plan that can run trips or any AI add-on

Business is priced in bands by your turnover, up to ฿27,900/month for the largest. You pick the band when you buy.

Paying annually charges you for ten months instead of twelve. If you already know you are staying, that is the cheapest thing you can do on this page.

If you have twenty scooters, Start will not hold your fleet. Check the cap before you choose on price alone.

If you forget your password

There is no password reset. No "forgot password" link on the login page, no reset email, nothing self-serve.

The only password control in the product is change password, inside My Account, and that needs you to be logged in already.

So: if you are locked out, contact us and we will reset it for you. And while you still have access, make sure at least one other person in your shop has an Owner or Manager login, so a lockout is an inconvenience rather than a stop.

Adding your team

Users → Invite, choose a role, and send it.

An owner can invite anyone, including a second owner. A husband and wife running one shop is the normal case here, and a second owner means a lockout is an inconvenience rather than a stop. A manager can invite agents and employees only, and sees a list filtered to that, so nobody picks a role that gets refused on submit.

What happens on their side: they get an invitation link, open it, set their own password, and they are in. Until they do that, nothing about their account exists for them to log into, so "I invited my mechanic and he says nothing happened" almost always means the invitation email has not been opened.

Two habits worth forming from day one:

  • Let people claim their work. Confirming a booking creates tasks with nobody attached. Everyone on your team sees those, and starting one claims it, so two people cannot end up doing the same job. Assign them yourself when you want a specific person on it.
  • Check the role. The role decides how much of the shop they see. Employee is Dashboard and Tasks. Agent adds bookings and customers, but only their own bookings. Manager is everything except Settings.

Where your customers live

Every "day in the life" page in this documentation shows you how to create a customer inline while taking a booking, because that is the fastest path when somebody is standing in front of you.

Customers in the menu is the fuller version, and worth knowing about:

  • Search your existing customers before creating a duplicate.
  • A customer record holds a driving licence number and its expiry date, plus documents. For a vehicle rental shop this is the field you will want when somebody asks whether you checked a licence.
  • Each customer has a detail page with their booking history.

Agents can see all customers, not only their own, which is deliberate: two people on shift should not be creating the same customer twice.

Every page is checked against the running product. Where something does not work the way the screen suggests, it says so.
